1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 789bingoapp platform — including the website, mobile application, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each individual may hold only one account on 789bingoapp. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals can be processed. 789bingoapp may request government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation as part of the verification process. This is a one-time requirement that covers your full access to the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 789bingoapp support immediately at [email protected]. 789bingoapp will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 789bingoapp platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved local payment channels, which include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfer, InstaPay, GCash, and Maya.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account that does not belong to the registered player — are not accepted and may trigger an account review or suspension. Funds deposited via third-party sources may be returned and/or forfeited.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by payment channel and are subject to the operational schedules of the respective financial institutions.

789bingoapp does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Only the local PHP payment channels listed above are accepted.

5 Game Play Rules

All games available on 789bingoapp — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, eBingo, video poker, and crash games — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for casino games, by live dealing for live casino tables, and by the actual results of real-world sporting events for sports betting. 789bingoapp does not manipulate game results.

Bets placed and confirmed are final. 789bingoapp does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a clear technical error on the part of the platform is identified and verified. Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round affected may be declared void and the stake for that round returned to the player's wallet. 789bingoapp's decision on the outcome of any dispute arising from a technical error is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 789bingoapp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback programmes, or other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 789bingoapp platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial assistance to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or poker games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the platform.
• Depositing funds from third-party payment sources not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by 789bingoapp.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.

789bingoapp actively monitors account activity for prohibited conduct. Any winnings generated through prohibited activities are subject to forfeiture regardless of when the conduct is identified.

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continuing to maintain the account would conflict with applicable legal obligations.

In the event of account closure for a Terms violation, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where closure is not related to a violation, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method following identity verification.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 789bingoapp support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed following verification of identity and settlement of any pending transactions.

12 Changes to These Terms
